Below are the key updates included in the October 2025 release:
🧩 Introduction of “Unit” — Build reusable building blocks for your test scenarios
When creating test scenarios, many steps are repeated across various business processes.
For example, VA01 (create sales order), VL01N (create delivery), and VF01 (create billing document) appear in many sales-related scenarios.
With this release, you can now create these repeated steps as Units.
Create a Unit once per T-Code and reuse it anywhere you need.
Variables are automatically generated based on the input fields of each T-Code.
Units act as the foundational building blocks of scenarios and can be reused across multiple processes.
For instance, if you create 5 Units for a domestic sales scenario, 3 of them (VA01, VL01N, VF01) can be reused in an overseas sales scenario without any changes.
We also plan to provide pre-built Units based on standard SAP T-Codes in future releases, allowing you to build scenarios even faster by simply combining ready-made Units.
🧠Create scenarios more easily with the new “Flow Diagram” builder
Previously, users had to build scenarios inside a tree structure—adding components, editing properties, and struggling to visualize the overall process as complexity increased.
This release introduces a completely new way of building scenarios: the Flow Diagram.
Drag and drop Units to construct your scenario visually
Connect steps using lines to see the business flow instantly
Add loops and branching conditions intuitively
Visualize the entire end-to-end process like a diagram
You can now “draw” your scenario instead of building it step by step through menus—making the creation process far more intuitive and clear.
📊 “Data Extractor” — Preparing test data is now much simpler
Preparing test data has always required significant time and effort—especially in ERP systems, where data complexity and consistency matter.
Now, the Data Extractor helps eliminate this burden.
Simply choose the T-Code, date range, and target system, and click Extract. PerfecTwin automatically retrieves the necessary information from live operational data and refines it into test-ready data.
Provided primarily for standard SAP T-Codes
Support for customer-specific custom objects (CBO) is planned for future releases
With this feature, you no longer need to wait for test data to be prepared. You can quickly build a realistic testing environment based on real-world operational data—reducing test timelines and improving test quality.
PerfecTwin continues to evolve with your feedback and insights.
We welcome any thoughts or questions you may have on this release.
Thank you.
